Cennik Naszych usług:

1. Konsultacja ze wstępną wyceną nieruchomości pod kątem sprzedaży lub wynajmu, z dojazdem do klienta – nie zakończona podpisaniem umowy – 500 zł.
2. Konsultacja w zakresie nieruchomości – w zależności od zakresu tematów oraz potrzeb – wycena indywidualna – od 600 zł w górę.
3. Opłata marketingowa, pobierana przy podpisaniu umowy, na poczet profesjonalnej sesji zdjęciowej z obróbką graficzną oraz przygotowaniem oferty pod kątem szeroko pojętego doradztwa biznesowego i marketingu – 1000 zł.
4. Sesja zdjęciowa nieruchomości z obróbką graficzną – 1000 zł.
5. Film nieruchomości bez użycia drona z obróbką techniczną – 1000 zł
6. Film nieruchomości z użyciem drona z obróbką techniczną – 2000 zł
7. Wynagrodzenie przy doradztwie biznesowym w sprzedaży nieruchomości – 3 % od wartości sprzedawanej nieruchomości.
8. Wynagrodzenie przy doradztwie biznesowym w wynajmie nieruchomości (dla wynajmującego i dla najemcy) – jednomiesięczny czynsz wynajmowanej nieruchomości.
9. Wynagrodzenie przy doradztwie biznesowym w kupnie nieruchomości – 2 % od wartości sprzedawanej nieruchomości.
10. Obsługa całościowa najmu krótkoterminowego – 30 % od kwoty przychodu brutto.
11. Obsługa całościowa najmu długoterminowego – 13 % od kwoty przychodu brutto.
12. Usługi aranżacji wnętrz – zawsze wycena indywidualna, w zależności od zakresu prac.
13. Skorzystanie z usług eksperta finansowego, który przygotuje oferty finansowania konkretnej oferty oraz pomoże przejść przez wszystkie formalności kredytowe w ramach istniejącego doradztwa wybranej oferty – darmowe.
14. Wykonanie świadectwa energetycznego z 4 zdjęciami termowizyjnymi:
    • mieszkanie – 250 zł
    • dom do 200 m2 – 500 zł
    • dom ponad 200 m2 – wycena indywidualna
    • audyt energetyczny – 1000 zł
    • opis zdjęć termowizyjnych do 4 szt. – 100 zł.

Wszelkie inne usługi, nie uwzględnione w cenniku są wyceniane indywidualnie lub przekazane podmiotom współpracującym z Naszym biurem.

Price list of our services:

1. 1. Consultation with preliminary valuation of the property for sale or rental, with travel to the client – not concluded with the signing of a contract – 500 PLN.
   2. Property consultation – depending on the scope of topics and needs – individual valuation – from 600 PLN upwards.
   3. Marketing fee, charged upon signing of the contract, for professional photo session with graphic processing and preparation of the offer in terms of broadly understood business consulting and marketing – 1000 PLN.
   4. Property photo shoot with graphic processing – 1000 PLN.
   5. Real estate film without the use of a drone with technical processing – 1000 PLN
   6. Real estate film with the use of a drone with technical processing – 2000 PLN
   7. Remuneration for business consulting in the sale of real estate – 3% of the value of the real estate sold.
   8. Remuneration for business consulting in property rental (for the landlord and for the tenant) – one month’s rent of the rented property.
   9. Remuneration for business advice in the purchase of a property – 2 % of the value of the property sold.
   10. Handling of the overall short-term lease – 30 % of the gross revenue amount.
   11. Handling of the overall long-term lease – 13 % of the gross revenue amount.
   12. Interior design services – always individual valuation, depending on the scope of work.
   13. Use of a financial expert to prepare financing offers for a specific offer and to help go through all the credit formalities within the existing advice of the selected offer – free of charge.
   14. Production of an energy certificate with 4 thermal imaging photos:
       • flat – 250 PLN
       • house up to 200 m2 – 500 PLN
       • house over 200 m2 – individual valuation
       • energy audit – 1000 PLN
       • description of thermovision pictures up to 4 pcs. – 100 PLN

Any other services not included in the price list are priced individually or provided to entities cooperating with our office.
